Les probl\u00e8mes douloureux de l\u2019enfance\u00a0ont tendance \u00e0 amplifier la gravit\u00e9<\/li><li>Comparez les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de vie consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme bons et non m\u00e9rit\u00e9s, \u00e0 ceux consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme mauvais et non m\u00e9rit\u00e9s. Le rapport est d&rsquo;au moins 10 pour 1<\/li><li>S&rsquo;endurcir mentalement en confrontant sans cesse nos capacit\u00e9s.
