Le mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes du Mental Research Institute de Palo Alto a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 partir des recherches de Gregory Bateson, Milton Erickson et Don Jackson et des d\u00e9veloppements de John&nbsp;Weakland, Richard Fish et Paul Watzlawick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce mod\u00e8le s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l\u2019individu dans ses&nbsp;relations aux autres&nbsp;et envisage les situations sous un angle interactionnel. En cela, l&rsquo;approche syst\u00e9mique, interactionnelle et strat\u00e9gique de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole de Palo Alto diff\u00e8re de l&rsquo;approche analytique. C&rsquo;est un paradigme qui offre notamment d\u2019identifier les enjeux relationnels inh\u00e9rents aux situations en tenant compte des r\u00e9sistances au changement afin d\u2019encourager l\u2019adh\u00e9sion. Il invite \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer les tentatives de solutions infructueuses en prenant de la hauteur pour construire des solutions nouvelles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Appliqu\u00e9e au management des \u00e9quipes, l\u2019approche syst\u00e9mique, interactionnelle et strat\u00e9gique, propose un mode de pens\u00e9e qui aboutit \u00e0 des solutions efficaces et simples \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. Autrement dit, le ou la manager, \u00e0 travers cet \u00e9clairage interactionnel, comprend ce qui se joue dans une situation et d\u00e9veloppe sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019intervention conduisant \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes. D\u00e8s lors, il ou elle apprend \u00e0 ajuster sa posture et sa communication afin de susciter l&rsquo;engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En s\u2019appuyant sur les outils de l\u2019approche syst\u00e9mique, le ou la manager conduit l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 sortir des situations bloqu\u00e9es.
